Thanks, today makes 9 work days including last Saturday, I looked it up before I took it in and about 10-12 hours for a dash R&R without the heater box TSB, if your doing it right and torqueing the fasteners to specs etc., I am assuming they have ran into problems as it was due on Monday...

It shouldn't, there is a door at the cowl (usually passenger side above the air box) that shuts and blocks off the flow of air to the system/blower from outside, if you still have air flowing in the door is bad, the control motor or a control module/software issue

How long did it take them to get the vehicle back to you after you dropped it off?

The vehicle has vents in the cab called "exhausters" that let air flow freely out of the cabin, if they were not there the doors wouldn't shut without great force and the windows would blow out if it did.. When you set the system to fresh air it allows outside air in pushing the stale air out...

Looks like the Added Care leaves out "Air Suspension System" so I will probably take your advice, waiting on sample contract now to do a comparison, the other issue right now is the "Leaking Rear Window" debacle, I have an 11-20 build so I doubt I have the one that is suppose to fix this...
