I had the same issue with my 2021 Limited on both left and right sides. They replaced the wiring harnesses on both sides and that has solved the problem thus far .

Funny you mention that. I texted them last night and they responded today to tell me that there will be a firmware update this week; they finally got a 2021 1500 in house to test and correct any compatibility items. With this firmware update it will remember the Auto Start/Stop.
