Got my truck back last week. It was at the dealer for a week and a day (they didn't make an appointment with the body shop so they couldn't fit me in for a bit). Turns out it was the third brake light leak. Fixed it with a $10 gasket. It was $425 with the labor to take the headliner out and...
Dropped it off at the dealer. Had the rear window leak. Buckling my niece and nephew in one day and noticed water staining on the headliner. They said hopefully by early next week because they're taking it to a body shop. We'll see I guess!
Over the past few years I've used Ourisman of Bowie, Prince Frederick Dodge, and Waldorf Dodge. I'd have to say Ourisman of Bowie was the best sales experience. But I live 10 minutes south of Prince Frederick so I use them for service under warranty. Honestly never thought I'd see someone...
This was my first truck. As base a model as a base model can get!
My 2017 Charger that I traded in for my current 1500.
First car I bought! A used 2008 Avenger.
Skipped another Charger and another Ram I've owned. But yeah, I guess you could say I'm a MOPAR guy!
I thought about that, but I don't mind flipping it. In fact I just went out and did it. I knew my mind wouldn't stop thinking about it unless I just went and got it done. Only took me about 30 minutes. It was definitely upside down, but it doesn't seem like it's THAT much different than the way...
I think you guys are right based on your pictures. I'll look at it again tomorrow morning. I didn't notice any issues, in fact the ride was great. I am wondering if there's a point to switching it. I guess I should regardless, just in case. Either way, appreciate the comment! I was in too much...
Put the Hellwig 7709 Sway Bar on today! Had to go out for a quick drive. I have to say, I love it. Corners do feel nicer, but for me the biggest plus is hitting bumps. Especially to one side of the truck. It settles out so quickly.
Put in the Rough Country wheel well liners. Kind of a pain because as soon as I set them outside the clouds came in so I didn’t get that flexibility everyone mentioned. But worth it. Heard a rock hit the liner instead of the metal and it was music to my ears.
My girlfriend said she thought I should name my truck. I've only named one other vehicle. But my truck's name is Storm. I'm studying to be a meteorologist and thought it fit with the Silver color.
This is interesting. Now I've only driven automatics but I used to love the dead pedal in my Charger. And I legitimately didn't realize the 1500 doesn't have one! So I guess for me it's not an important feature. But I can see how someone who has driven manuals need them!
Sorry, just saw this! I bought mine from Real Truck. Now I don't know if this is common, but the spacer shims on the rails were already in place. So when I put the rails on they fit perfectly. They included a bunch of shims too. I saw you already put yours in (looks great by the way!) but in...
Bought my 2020 Big Horn in June of this year and hit 4,888 mi today. No major issues, just a couple quirks with UConnect. Not sure if it's an issue with the system itself or just Spotify so I'm not really worried about it. Other than that, so far so good. Not my first Ram and will not be my last!
2017 Dodge Charger. Contusion Blue (loved that paint name. Incredible.) Traded that in for the 2020 Big Horn. Couldn't be happier. I'm 6'5" so anything less than a truck can be uncomfortable. Loved that Charger though, even if it was just a V6. I've owned 3 Rams and 2 Chargers. Mopar guy for...
Hey! Sean from Maryland. Purchased my 2020 1500 Big Horn Quad Cab 4x4 in June of this year. It's my 3rd Ram and my 6th Mopar. I've only owned Mopar actually, and it seems like I switch between Rams and Chargers every 2 or 3 years. Traded in my 2017 Charger for the Ram. As a large American, at...
