Yes, I have just recently noticed this same thing. I was about to post the same question and thought to do a search. I'm actually surprised to find out someone else has heard this.
We noticed it the other day. Thought if might be a speaker driver at first, but when I mute the stereo, the noise...
Does the Tazer work with the 22's yet? I have one that I used for my 2019, but have been resistant to try it in the new truck. This triple horn reminder is aggravating now that it's winter and I leave the truck running when I run into the store, or some other quick stop.
Interesting.....
I thought these sensors might be the problem as well, so I removed them from the truck several weeks ago. They are stored in my garage. Unfortunately, I am still seeing the message every single time I start and drive the truck.
My 2019 had the E-torque. I did not like it. So much so, I bought a widget to remember the disable auto start/stop function, verse having to push the button every time I start the truck. This worked out well, but the device would often forget to do what I asked it to do, so it was not a perfect...
The Pirelli's kind of suck for any type of dirt/mud traction drives. They are a true 'street' tire. The wheel size shouldn't be an issue though, as you can find plenty of AT tires in 22".
I had Toyo AT II's on my last truck. They were downright horrible with wet road traction, and dangerous on...
I swung by my dealer late Friday afternoon. I asked a service advisor what this "Failed Calibration, check users manual" message might mean, and if it might be a user error-induced problem. He had not heard of this issue before. We both spent some time reviewing the manual but didn't really find...
You will want to use a couple jacking bolts to push the rotor off. A 1/2" bolt and two nuts through the caliper bracket. Give the rotor positioning screw a good smack with a hammer before you try to break the torx screw loose too.
Thanks for the tip.
I placed an order for the Weather Tech vents. Smoked color.
I had the Ram vents on my 2019, and thought they worked just fine, but as mentioned earlier, they were a bit too thick at the flange area that fits into the window channel. I am hopeful the WT vents work better.
I get it every time I turn the truck on and drive. It's getting irritating as hell......
When I cycle to the trailer/tow screen, it shows that a trailer is not connected. For the hell of it, I drove the truck around town, turning right and left as if I were following the calibration...
Agreed. It is convenient. Just feels kinda weird to me, and I'm still getting used to it. I can recall tailgates of 70's and 80's trucks..... You didn't just flip them up with one arm........
A non-related question, but kinda related - What's the trick to getting the middle step to deploy? I'm...
No way it's 75 pounds heavier. Maybe if you include the mounting hardware/frame, but not the tailgate alone. My 2019 did not have the MFT, the 2022 does.
Frankly, I find it lacking in substance and am concerned I might accidentally break the damn thing. I wouldn't want to just "hop" up onto it...
Thanks to you both. Just to verify, we are talking about the tow mirrors, correct? They are a bit larger than the standard mirrors - which is what inspired this question.
I was looking to buy a set of window vents for my 2022 1500 that has the new tow mirrors with power fold. Can anyone verify that the Ram or other brand window vents will allow for these mirrors to fold in without contact? I prefer the look of in-channel vents, but haven't decided if I will go...
Bummer. I logged on and searched to find out how to adjust these. My 2022 Limited, which I ordered and picked up last Friday has some misalignment on both sides. I tried to correct with the hinge fasteners, but that is only one direction of movement.
Does anyone have direct experience with this cat-back and the Ram/Borla, or the Rebel GT?
I had the Ram/Borla on my 2019 and it was too loud for my preference, but the silence I get from my 2022 is killing me.....
This video is difficult to gauge loudness. I believe it is comparable to my 2019...
Picked up the new truck yesterday. Get this message as well. I was thinking it might be related to the fuel consumption calculator, but have not had time to read the manual. Appreciate that someone posted the images above.
Thank you.
The sales manager mentioned something similar.... I'm kinda in a pickle though. The truck is going to a separate company as soon as possible to have clear film, tint, and ceramic coating done next week. The dealer wants a signed contract to coordinate all this.
I ordered a 1500 limited a few months ago and was informed yesterday it has arrived at the dealer. I will be finalizing the deal tomorrow and was wondering if anyone might know the current incentives/rebates. I need a Ram website Sherpa to help me interpret things......
