    They’re saying it’s electronic. Initially I was trying to find a power steering reservoir to fill but it doesn’t exist. It’s electronic and apparently the motor/component that failed is part of the rack itself. There is no fuse for it either - It’s not in the manual and I’ve had three...

    Just to share my experience, I haven't used it much but I do notice a 1-2 second delay when skipping songs via either the steering wheel or the screen. I have a 2019 Limited.

    So I called FCA about Harman Kardon system.

    Do these types of bulletins get updated by the dealer automatically when you take your truck in for other issues or are these only installed upon request? Thanks.
