Does the Phoenix Automotive unit operate like the Uconnect unit? Right now my OEM 8.4 likes to drop my phone at random times. Hoping the Phoenix Automotive unit does not have that same issue. As I want to change it out, but do not want to put out $4K on a stereo unit.
I just changed out the 6.5” speakers I installed in previously. I have installed Sundown 6.5” components in the front of mine, have 3.5” speakers from Sundown arriving today and Sundown 6X9 coaxial being delivered later this week. All will be ran off of my LC-4.800. Then planning to change out...
You have to bypass the ANC, there is no keeping ANC with adding a sub to the system. There are harnesses out there on the market that will give you the provisions to add you sub. Fox Acoustics and Net audio make some great boxes.

That is where I am planning on putting the tweeter for my Sundown component set, as long as it fits that is. Other wise I am removing my A pillar panel and putting them there, which I hope they fit in the sail.
ANC is trash to put in any vehicle to begin with. They want to cut down on road noise, deaden the vehicle.
Just bypass the ANC, there are a bunch of them on the market. ANC is a waste to begin with, if they want to reduce road noise then just deaden the truck.
Yes that is because you are using the stock amp which is integrated into the over all system. The ANC issues come about when you use the factory wiring and adding an amp to the system that did not have one in the first place. That is when you need to bypass the ANC. Otherwise you have to run...
Well, gets old hitting - and then + until it gets into 8th all of the time, and putting it in tow/haul mode when not towing or hauling is not a great idea. Tuner will turn it off and then can use a caned tune or get a custom tune.

Should work in a gasser as well, since it has the same AGS. I have sent an email to Vice Design to verify if it will work on the 5.7 Hemi as well. I really do not see why it would not.
I am growing very tired of playing with buttons after I put the truck into gear. I am in between getting a tuner to get rid of MDS, or the resonator delete to get rid of the droning cause by the MDS. I am past 3 years and more than 30K miles on the truck so warranty I am not worried about, not...
No one had any injuries from the incident, I was dealing with my lumbar thinking it does not needs discs in between the vertebrae, and arthritis with the disc bulging and rubbing against the nerve. Was using a cane at the time and was on my way to pick up muscle relaxers from the pharmacy. lol
I will not accept a chrome bumper, my OEM bumper is painted to color match. Anything less is unacceptable. Will admit, she took MUCH more damage than I. Sucks that the fender flares only come in a full set, $250 from RC.
Droning kicks in when the MDS starts, when you hit eco mode. The ONLY way I can avoid hearing the drone is to use the gear limiter and set it, or turn on the tow/haul.
Absolutely when doing the exhaust, do a full cat back system. That way you are not going back to get the resonators out. I put the MBRP XP Series High Flow Replacement Muffler, which leaves the rear resonators. Now I am looking into the B2 Fabrications resonator delete. There is some drone...
So late this afternoon (4:40 pm PST) I was on my way to CVS to pick up a prescription my doctor put in for me. On my way some dumb *** ***** decided it is a great idea to change lanes without looking. I wanted to punch her in the middle of her face for being an imbecile. Now my passenger front...
