Had mine done on the 27th. Dropped it off about 0830 and they texted me at 1157 saying it's done come pick it up. I don't know if it is just me but it seems to be a bit more responsive on the throttle now. I am also curious to see if milage improves like some of the others on here.
Well, its hunting season again and guess what I did? Yep, I jumped out to open the gate and shut the door, beep, beep, beep, ****!
Any update or was this just a tease?
I think I'm just gonna disconnect the horn until after hunting season.
Stopped at my dealer today to see about getting on a waiting list. Was told just to check back monthly because they won't do anything until parts are available.
Will continue to run the Performance dose of Hotshots.
I've looked at those and there seems to still be some screwing and unscrewing involved. Considering I will be on my back in the middle of my driveway, I think the Fumoto is the way for me.
It looks like I will continue doing my own services, I did the last one, and was going to order a Fumoto to put on when I do the next one. Does the F106sx position adjustable, make better sense than the straight F106 if I'm not goin to use a tube? I'll be on my back in the driveway and letting...
The payload for one half ton trucks has actually increased from when I started driving. My first was a F100 Ford 4x4 with 1080lbs payload. Trucks have gotten heavier and the big change is the ability to put 5 grown adults in the cab. I know there were bigger cabs back then but they were the...
The striker is called a Nader pin and is probably the strongest piece and point on your truck. It is designed to keep your door shut in any type of collision. When using the "jaws of life" to pry open a car door, the metal around the latch mechanism on the door will collapse and tear before the...
The beeps are the most annoying feature in the whole truck.
Let me jump out and open the gate at the hunting property, beep, beep, beep, ***
Let me hop out to take the straps off of the boat, beep, beep, beep,Dam
Both of the above scenarios happen well before the sun comes up and always seems...
I just did my first service (second one for the truck) and used the filters from Docs Diesel. It was probably a bit early for everything at 16000 miles but I wanted to see how bad everything was looking. The oil filter and cabin air filter was an exact match and the engine air filter was a...
Mine came with a quick start guide that covers most everything that is listed here and even before that the dealer had a "tech guru" come out and go over everything and help set up my phone at delivery.
Bear with me, I have slept since then and I don't quite remember the exact timeline.
8.4 Non nav. unit in a 2022 Rebel
A few weeks ago, the wife and I went to town for dinner. While out, the display screen locked up on the "loading" screen. It continued to play music but never got past the...
There was an update to fix the problems with UC5 a while back. I was having the same issues you describe and it all went away after the update. It has been solid since. I really like my eco. There was a learning curve with the turbo lag but once I figured it out I don't miss the Hemi. I got...
First, they are saying they would like to be able to adjust the level with the button like you can with the seats. The seats have high, medium, low and off, 4 presses if you will. the steering wheel only has on and off. Second not everyone here has Alpaobd or is willing to get it.
I have a camper shell on mine and the window catches the gate which has save me from a crunching. The first time it happened the truck was less than a month old. I was hauling some lumber and had to leave the window open, and the gate opened on me. I blamed it on the lumber but since then I have...
This is disappointing news. I finally get what I want in a truck and they discontinue it. I had a 2020 Rebel with a hemi and traded it for a 22 Rebel with the eco diesel. Went from 17mpg to 26mpg on my work commute, single digits to 14mpg pulling the camper and 10 to 18 mpgs pulling the boat...
