My tonneau cover cost me approximately $1000.00. If I gain 1 MPG, which is optimistic, it would take around five years to break even.
I drove my last truck (2019 RAM) for almost 3 years with no cover, and then 2 years with the cover and I didn’t notice any difference in MPG one way or the...
I don't own the truck anymore, but I had a pre-existing gouge on the panel under the glovebox, and they replaced it free of charge during this rework. They assumed they did it, and I didn't argue with them. Lol
Hope they get it straightened out for you! The ANC software update was a fairly common problem back when the 5th gens came out. But whatever it is, hopefully they get it fixed.
My personal experience was that it was an ANC issue (Active Noise Cancelling). A software update fixed the issue and it never occurred again. The ANC module is under the driver’s seat. I would start there. It is easy enough to unplug the module and see if it goes away.
I had a 2019 which I loved but it had a lot of issues. Ended up trading for a 22 because it was the last year available without etorque and it also has uconnect 5 (wireless CarPlay). I have not had one issue with it (including UC5) covering ~ 43000 miles.
I paid $41K for my 19 Bighorn Sport 4x4 Crew in October, 2018. I was an idiot for trading it in. Don’t get me wrong, my 22 is nicer, but not that much nicer. Right about now, paid off is way more appealing than brand new!
The majority of RAM's customers don't want a 6 cyl engine. Period. Does that mean we're all dumb? I guarantee if they still offered the HEMI, it would outsell that garbage 4:1 regardless of the additional 25 HP.
Yeah, maybe you’re right but I’ll never know because I won’t buy one.
Clearly a lot of people feel the same way that I do because they’re not exactly flying off the shelf!
I’ll just keep what I’ve got (not etorque/ non cylinder deactivation regular HEMI). It runs good, sounds good and has...
Not surprising at all. Nobody wants their $100k Jeeps or garbage 6 cylinder pickup trucks. Time for an American CEO to turn things around!
Step 1: develop the next generation HEMI V8!!
