Same issue. Mine was a location issue. Did the drive in circle thing. Compass got stuck pointing north and now Nav won’t load. I think a trip to the dealer is warranted.

@RamCares Hey Darlene. I called my local dealer in Lakeland fl. They have not heard anything about this tsb. I called ram customer service they had nothing on my bin as well. I have an appointment next Monday for my second trip. What should I tell them?

That could be it. But the section of 98 I was on didn’t really make sense. Near Dade City.

Good to know there is a fix. Took mine back to the dealer three days after I bought it. They couldn’t replicate it. I’ll call them up now and make an appointment to fix. How long does it take?

I was on my way home from riding in CWMA and I saw a Rebel and a 3500 dually both hauling Ram branded trailers. They were on 98 heading north. Does anyone know of any events going on?
