Nice! Super clean! Looking to step up to the 295 as well when I’m due for tires. Looking at the 295/70 Toyo AT3 which is a 1” bump from the factory wildpeaks.
So no rub at all? No contact with upper control arms? Trying to avoid the leveling/lifting until warranty is up. 2020 with ORP here...
Yes, but with the large tow mirrors. Most of the trucks I’ve seen with the mirrors like yours all have the mirror lights on with running lights.

Hahahaha no no. I’ve seen the AAD deployed while driving and I’m pretty darn sure it would look like **** without that lower plastic one that’s attached to the bumper.
Was planning on just removing both. The CU octane front bumper does away with them anyways too. I was thinking about doing it...
Question for any of you guys that have removed the active air dam. Once removed, are there any lights, warnings, check engine light associated with removal?
Recently made a trip down to Lone Pine, CA with the wife and at times I scraped that damn thing while one some trails. No damage, just...

Depends on who’s lift you plan on running. Some manufacturers will list their recommended wheel offsets on their website. I’m assuming it all really depends on their UCA clearance.

Yes I do. I normally run just the fogs during daylight hours. The factory DRLs are effing garbage. Due to the fog light pattern it’s self, the light is dispersed down and outward. I don’t usually get hit with oncoming high beams at all.

That’s foglights on ONLY too………this one is with both low beam and fog……
Had to adjust the fogs but that gives a good contrast.

Install was SUPER easy for me. However, I’m also a tech for Audi for 16yrs now soooooo…….. it really was simple. Just remove the factory light assembly. Replaced with the DD unit. Their kit for the 1500 comes with EVERYTHING you need and their instructions are awesome. Their customer support is...
Switch to Diode Dynamic LED SS3 pod lights and be done…………plug and play and superior light output compared to just the bulbs.

Hahaha! When I installed it on my 08, the wiring was SUPER DUPER simple. Was literally it’s own harness that just needed a hot 12v power source and good ground, so I just connected straight to battery and routed it straight through a hole already on the firewall into the cab.

Yikes! Just do it yourself and save the $500 for more/other modifications! Can’t be TOO difficult. Especially now since RC now has a wireless remote that should work for the light. Which means no wires in the cab and no drilling to mount switch!
This will most likely be what I do next to mine...
So I saw an all LED equipped truck the other night with his tow Mirror lights on as markers. Couldn’t tell if it was just an LED optioned truck, limited, Laramie, sport, etc. But it wasn’t the only DT 1500 with tow mirrors I’ve seen this on in my local area.
I remember reading a post on here...
When I installed mine, it did the exact same thing. You can easily switch their harness 180. Once I did that, worked like a champ!

[emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787] well ****! Guess I’ll settle for Carli Kings for now. Maybe in a year or two Dirt King Fab will release a LT kit like they make for the 4th Gen?
