Did you get yours from your dealer?

Mine does not appear to have it either. My 2020 limited would kick on the lower fog on the direction you were turning. This one does not, that I have seen. Also, my 2025 does not have the exterior lock button on the door handle. I used that all the time... :(

Mine is smooth, no bumps that I have seen. Actually almost too slick. My 2020 had the wood on the top half.

The whole tracking process has been horrible. No one knows anything. From your dealer to the FCA customer care. They are all clueless as to where your truck is. I can't believe with all the sophisticated technology we have today that they can't tell you where your $90,000 truck is. Unbelievable!

That's why I ordered chrome bumpers as well, my 2020 painted front bumper looks terrible with all the rock chips.

Guys just found this on Cassens. That is mine at the top. Says it shipped to DANA test facility. Is this normal?

Did you find that info on the Cassens website or from the dealer? So far says can't find Vin or dealer code when I search on their site.

Hopefully I will be able to answer this soon. I know what you mean, I was disappointed with my 2020 because of this same issue.

Still nothing...but on looking up the dealer code is just coming up under Ford and nothing under FCA. Maybe that is the way they have it registered, they have both brands. Who knows..
