I have a limited ecodiesel with the off road package with the factory falken wildpeak tires. The tires are wearing unevenly, mostly on the outer side. This is on both the front tires.
I’m in the process of getting new tires, but does anyone know what might be wrong? I’m pretty religious about...
I tow a 6300lb airstream with my 2020 limited eco diesel. I have the 33 gal tank. I get about 14mpg when towing.
I would definitely get the 33 gal tank again. If you are concerned about payload and want to lighten up the truck a bit, just fill the tank to 2/3 full.
Depends on the exact setup. What is the weight of the trailer? What is your payload from your tire and loading sticker?
A weight distributing hitch would probably be more useful.
I have a Limited 4x4 Ecodiesel with 3.92 and 33 gal tank. I also have ORP, MFT, Rambox, and sunroof. Payload is 1018. While it’s low, I don’t think I would change anything on the truck. I definitely wouldn’t buy another without the 33 gal tank. Loving the range.
Same problem here. 2020 Limited and passenger side step wouldn’t extend fully and even when it did, it sometimes wouldn’t retract. Dealer was able to reproduce and fix with new parts. Not sure which parts they replaced though.
I’m not an expert on oil analysis, but without a baseline to compare with, there isn’t anything to be concerned about.
These tests can help more if you do them over time. For example, if iron stays at that level for a few oil changes, then goes up on one, you might suspect that there is an odd...
Are you saying that you went 20k km on this oil that was tested, or 20k km on the truck in total?
If on the truck in total, how many miles since the first oil change?
I have almost this exact same truck with the exception of wheels and tires. I also have a 23ft airstream globetrotter. Dry tongue weight is 591. I loaded everything up, full 33gal of diesel, full def, my wife and I, dogs, and equipment in bed. These were my cat scale numbers:
Steer: 3580...
I have a 2020 1500 Limited with both. As a result of that and other options, my payload is only 1018, so I definitely feel the pain of the weight.
I really love both the MFT and the ram boxes. MFT is a little flimsy, but it does make everything really easy to get out of the bed. I use it in MFT...
On a road trip at the moment with my 2020 Ecodiesel. While driving through some mountains in the rain, CEL comes on. Just picked the truck up a couple weeks ago and I have 1200 miles on it. Seems like it’s chugging DEF, but normal otherwise.
I stop at the next dealer and the service guy scans...
Mine is arriving on Tuesday, but here are the numbers by plugging in the VIN. It’s a Limited eco diesel with off road package, sun roof, Rambox, multi function tailgate, 33 gal tank, tonneau cover, 3.92 ratio.
Expecting to pull a 5500lb travel trailer with about 500lb of tongue weight. I’m...
