took it to the dealer twice now - nothing they can do - frustrates the hell out of me. Also when someone opens the passenger door any door reports that the key fob has left the car.
Any help?
How do it get to RAM to report this to them if the dealer cannot help?
Guys, i have the same issue - both fobs. Took it to the dealer couldn't find anything. I noticed the following:
- Push the button to get it ACC - then it will work - this is the work around that i am using
- If you open the passenger door - it will say that fob has left the car (when car is...
You definitely have to cut the rails so that they dont overlap with the RO brackets - that is the main thing - cut them all the way to the top (i will post pictures shortly). I had alignment issues with the RO brackets - but I understand that RO has rectified this. Once you have done that then...
Just installed the MX4 with the RO brackets - was a struggle but with all the help here I finally did it. If anyone needs help let me know. (MFT with no Rambox)

Can someone point me to the flush mount screws mentioned in this post - i am trying to figure out a cover for my truck and it is way more tedious than i thought.
Has anyone tried to fit the MX4 with having the metal brackets (replacement brackets by RightOnBrackets) with the brackets installed on top of the rails not under (it will not fit under).
I was wondering has anyone tried to put the corner brackets on top of the rails near the cab for the MX4 and will that fit? I still want to get an MX4 for my truck.
