You are actually losing power by running non-ethanol. Newer engines are desinged to use ethanol. On my 2016 Camaro SS they actually sold ethanol kits that you could install that would give you 30-40 HP from using e-85.
So I searched the forms and I can't see to find the steps on how to even see what version of software I'm on. I have a 2020 Laramie with a 12" screen and NAV.
It's not the paint, it's thin clear coat. Chances are the trucks are only getting 1 coat of it at the factory. Most youtube rebuilder guys I watch do at least 3 coats of clear on their rebuilds. They constantly mention how today's manufacturers don't use enough clear coat on the factory paint...
Thanks for sharing, I'll definitely be picking up the wash mitt on the handle thing. Even on my step latter I have a hard time reaching the top of the truck and doing the back glass without getting in the bed.
Whats truly pathetic is the 19 gallon tank in the promaster I drive for work. It averages around 12 MPG with all my equipment on it. My company is not buying them anymore thank goodness but I have to put 250K on this one before they'll retire it and I'm only at 116k...
You'll find similar nozzles in any state or county that has vapor recovery required by the local EPA. We have some counties here in Oregon who have the same kind of nozzles. It's not the dispenser itself, it's the hose/nozzle etc that's designed to trap the vapors in the hose and return them to...
He's probably using a balance nozzle if he's in California. The issue I see mostly with these nozzles is they don't seat well against the fill neck and won't dispense. This is the first I've ever heard of one getting stuck in the vehicle.
