Play in Lower Control Arm Ball Joints

If that’s the word you would prefer…. Then yes “peen” the top. There are other ball joints that have a retaining clip that is installed on the top side but they are usually sold out. I was lucky enough to have bought the last two for backups just incase I need to do another one.

Play in Lower Control Arm Ball Joints

So the top of the OEM has to have the tops grounded down to be pressed out. The replacement I bought didn’t have any clips. So it was just pressed back in and “cold shot” which is you just take a punch and hit the edge out a little to act like a retaining clip.

It works! I have put a couple of hundred miles on the new replacement with no issues.

It worked, just grind the top of the old ball joint off where it is pressed over. Then press it out and press in the new one. Then cold shot the top of the newly installed joint to keep it in place like anyone replacement.

Air blows to the floor when defrost chosen

So I have read through this thread as I have had this issue and had it repaired under warranty this past February and it fixed the issue. But the issue has now comeback after I have gone beyond my 36 month/36k miles factory warranty. I was told that the part doesn’t come with the 2 year MOPAR...

    Eibach stage 2R lift

So I am debating on buying the stage 2R kit to replace my 2inch leveling kit on my 2020 Rebel. I am currently running 35x12.5 tires and by reading the specs on what the amount lift this kit gives you I shouldn’t have an issue. Is anyone else using this setup with 35x12.5 tire? If so, any issues?

    Eibach Pro Truck 2R

Nice! I have been thinking of upgrading my Rebel’s suspension to this set up. I am running a Motofab 2 inch front and 1.5 inch rear spacer and it rides stiffer than I like…. I have F rated 35x12.5R20s and the rear gets squirrelly over potholes on dirt roads. What size tires are you running? The...

Front Sway Bar End Links, possible solution

What did you find out with what was causing the noise? I get a low speed clunk with my 2020 Rebel too. I have 2 in pucks and RC UCA for 3-3.5 lift. I have taken it to multiple garages and the everything is tight.

Those with ORG what level/lift you have?

So I see where there is about if good info on this thread. I would like to offer what I have learned the hard way with my 2020 Rebel. I installed a 2.5 front and 1.5 rear Motofab spacer kit and Rough Country 3.0-3.5 UCA to clear a 35x12.5x20 wit a -12 offset. I found out quickly that with a 2.5...

Motofab 2" and Rough Country Control Arms

I did the exact same level with the same UCAs, but with a motofab 2.5 front and a 1.5 rear. The ride quality has suffered almost to the point of the feels like bumps are engaged way too early. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

ORP Springs + Leveling Kit on 2019 Ram 1500

So I went with the 2.5 front and 1.5 rear on my 2020 Rebel, but when I measured from the bottom of the fender well the rear was almost 1/2 inch lower that the front. I am going to find some even ground to verify the measurements, but wanted to know if anyone else has had this issue?

    Backup LED Light bar Bracket

Here is the pictures taken tonight almost pitch black with a small glow from street lights. The only item I did not add was the other side of the 5 way plug I used to hook up to the T harness so it would be plug and play. I only used two lights one on each side as shown in the picture.
