I've had this problem w/ my 2019 RAM since I bought it last year. From what I've gathered it seems to be an issue specific to the 12" Uconnect system. Anyone have any luck with calling support or going to the dealer?

Both of you have the 12.1 and no issues, interesting. My issue is definitely more than just the phone app not working, logging in via mopar.com also fails. Also my mileage has never updated here.

I can confirm this same behavior. Unlocking the truck with the keyfob will make it accept the SiriusXM Guardian commands for another 30-60 minutes. It seems like anytime the truck is turned off there is some sort of idle timeout that occurs and the connection to SiriusXM Guardian is broken.

My 12.1 UConnect prompted for a software update yesterday. I did the update but I still have this issue where if the truck sits parked (turned off) for more than 1 hour none of the remote commands work. Remote Start, Vehicle locate, etc all fail.

I have this same problem with my original Pixel XL. I have the 12.1 nav. I noticed the issue the first time I used Google Maps with AA and I could no longer adjust my radio volume.
