Everything is back to normal now, including the a/c

I had my starter replaced this morning and the ac is now only blowing hot... why would this be? I know it will take a while for all options to start working again, like backup camera, but should it even affect my ac?

Well dang! My truck is throwing a code again, for the same thing!

To update...I just got the call a couple days ago that my parts were in! Now, they are having trouble getting me into the shop!

I ran over a tire tread a couple months ago that somehow ripped one of my power steps off my truck. I have an insurance claim filed and the dealer said the steps were available in Dallas, 3 hours away, but warned me they were having trouble getting parts because they had noone to pull the parts...

Stopped by o Reilly today to reset the light… so far, so good!!

Thanks for the links! I have the air dam unplugged now, the plug taped up and taped up to the frame. Hopefully tomorrow O Reilly will reset the code and we will see if it stays off.

What exactly does the active air dam do? If I unplug it, I assume the grille shutter continues to work? If the grill shutter still works, does it cycle when the truck is first started. I read something about a letter saying the warranty was extended for this issue...is that letter available...

Is this letter available online somewhere?

Truck is ready for me to pickup... the advisor said some wires coming out of the PDC were being pinched and causing the stall. I also had them do the service bulletin for the screaming brakes in reverse.

I was told today they found a harness connector that was smashed against the frame and they would be replacing it to see if that fixes the problem!

I wish I would have tried it...All I ever tried was going straight past reverse and neutral and into drive.
