I'm in a similar boat, too old to bend much so I use the selling dealer. They always give me a package deal for my ED. Somewhere aroung $300 for 3 oil changes and tire rotations. They say it's a MOPAR package and good at any Ram dealer nationwide.

I have 2020 3L ecodiesel with 3.92. So far about 66,000 miles, 70% highway. No issues and mileage is still 25+ mpg hwy @ 75 - 80mph (better if I slow down to 70). I got 3.92 since I was towing race car in enclosed trailer, but now not so much towing. No regrets.
