I’ve had front brake calliper brackets replaced on both my 2020 and 2022 rebels due to a clunking noise. Mechanics had to use chassis ears both times to find the problem.
Finally got some decent weather above freezing so I took a video of the play in both from cv axles. I also noticed the front diff itself moves a small amount, maybe it’s mounted in rubber bushings? Hard to tell with all the ice and snow under my truck.

I’ve seen lots of videos regarding this and the only fix is to replace the cv axles and stub (intermediate)shafts. I suppose the rust could eventually get bad enough that the splines rust out completely and you lose 4wd as the rusted out side would just spin.

There’s more than just the bushings that can clunk unfortunately so replacing them may or may not work for everyone.

For anyone changing front sway bar bushings or end links, you will need a 19mm deep socket for the end link to a-arm nut. 15mm socket for the bushing to frame bracket. 21mm wrench and 10mm wrench for the end link to sway bar nut.
On the 19-22 trucks substitute the 21mm wrench for a 19mm wrench...
My theory is the rubber the oem bushings are made of is extremely hard and very thin. It doesn’t take much wear to start hearing the clunk due to the hardness of the rubber.

I have a fourth set of factory sway bar bushings going on in the next few days, last set was installed over the summer along with a whole new sway bar under warranty. Dealer is 3+ hours each way so I just ordered a set to put on myself once it warms up.

No split bushings on my 2022, just picked up a set of bushings from the dealer and they are solid aswell. Makes installation a pain, but I can’t stand the low speed clunking. This makes it the third set of bushings on this truck.
Up until last summer I never thought the sway bar itself would need replacing either. But my dealer replaced it along with bushings a few months back.
Clunking noise has returned in less than 6 months, sway bar bushings need to be replaced again.
I’ve seen before that removing and replacing the oil filter has fixed this for someone. Would try that and check out the o-rings on the filter before reinstalling it.

As long as you do a decent amount of highway driving the truck should regen automatically. If you idle or drive at low speeds a lot the truck may notify you that a regen is required and to drive at highway speeds until complete.
Other than that you’ll never get a message about a regen.
If you are breaking frames with a bumper pull trailer you are way over rated capacity.

Shipping isn’t cheap to Canada, but I ordered my links direct for my 2020 rebel. Never got them installed before trading in, went to install them on my 2022 and required the larger sized upper portion. For the cost of shipping they sent me the new parts, awesome company to deal with.
