Go back to the dealer, had a newer version of tsb 08-056-19 flash update on the anc, supposedly just came out within the last couple weeks, my truck doesn't make the noise anymore.

Also there is a sequence when they perform the update, if it's not done right it won't save from what I understand. Also update only takes about 20 min from what I've heard.

Had the anc programmed again and it was said to be a new update within the last 3 weeks. Its 4/9/2020 got it back tuesday and truck is quiet and running great so far. I suggest everyone call fca and get a case started with them and document all the visits and keep on it. It has been a hassle but...

Just got my truck back again and it is fixed, dealer said they had a new update for the anc module. Been driving it for 3 days now and the noise is gone. Feels like a completely different truck.

Having the same issues of loud vibration and noise inside the cab, had it I 8 times and ram is offering hush money. Did they replace your 2019 or did you have to trade it In?

I agree, read somewhere to remove fuse to the anc or unplug it and bypass it. The harnesses are sold online somewhere. Seems to be a common issue that someone came up with a fix for but its aftermarket. Wish ram would get it together and just put it back to how the 2018 and older models were...

Replaced the vibration actuator sensor and no fix, truck still makes the same noise and am told it's normal and nothing they can do, never heard this noise on any other truck I've driven. Am pursuing ram to buy it back or replace.

Spoke with dealer and had same issue, after 8 times since October they believe they found the issue. May be the vibration dampener between the frame and the bed. There are 2 of them, one on the left and right side.
