It seems that with air suspension and your truck leveled to offroad 2, you've got only one more inch more that the 4Runner on the video, so I would take the detour as long as that would be an option.
Here are my 2 cents.
First of all, that might give you some perspective I'm living at the suburbs of one of the most jamed cities in Europe - Łódź, and everyday I'm driving to downtown to my office.
Such big cars are not common here, and even with my previous cars it was an issue to park and to...
LPG was installed by Europenan distributor.
They import trucks from factory, update them to EU regulations (mostly changing lights) but also install LPG.
Then the truck goes to dealer.
It has got all the warranties.
Huge price difference and extra mileage.
1 liter of 95 gasoline is $ 1.25...
I just made about 500 miles so far and just checked my MPG (normally I'm viewing l/100km) and it shows 11.5 MPG.
It seems to be OK for me.
I drove only 4WD Auto.
Living at suburbs but working in the downtown of one of the most jammed cities in Europe.
I was wondering do you Guys have any good and tested solution for carrying groceries in the cabin of your trucks?
Of course I can put the shoppings on the floor or backseat, but that usually ends up with some of those rolling on the floor. Usually because there is so much space. Using the bed...
I was hoping there is some sort of 1, 2, 3, ... 18, 19 kind of test with every number coming out of different speaker and if you miss one number you would know it doesn't work.
Is there any good way to check does all the 19 speakers work correctly?
I've got a passenger's on my back seat last weekend and they were claiming that the backdoor speaker isn't working.
Is there a way to check them all other than putting your ear next to it?
I'm having 11 MPG in city and suburbs traffic (no highways etc) and that is more less what I expected.
My V6 pentastar 2013 Chrysler T&C has got around 13 MPG in city and around 15 MPG on highway (with 85 mph).
That are LPG based values.
With 95 Octan (yes Ninety Five) gasoline I have like...
That really sucks,
However does anybody tried devices as this one, and could confirm that will work with RAM?
https://www.amazon.com/Carlinkit-Wireless-Receiver-aftermaket-Multiple/dp/B07QGZ9W1D
It is really great design, when you have RAMcharger and still need to plug your phone to use all...
Hope this might be a good thread.
I've got an export car (it has a sticker like that):
(And no idea why the sticker is in Spanish as the distributor is from Sweden)
But I assume in general it should be the same as any other, but even if not it would be good to know what American standard is...
Hello hello.
FInally it is a time to show my baby.
I know it's not a big deal for people living in USA, but in Poland this is quite uncommon car.
Here you can see how does it look at parking lots:
Most of the "civil" vehicles can fit into the lines
and some other place - I'm like one feet...
Just tried my Laramie this morning at highway. Up to 90 mph no vibrations. With around 100 mph the back of the car seems to be to light and shakes a little bit. But seems pretty normal.
My tires that the truck comes with are Good Year Wrangler 275/65/18.
Hey Patsy1099,
That is basically one of European distributors (the one of my dealer), so they are not selling directly to customers.
And to be honest the amount of choice there is pretty limited.
I'am before all interested in bullrings or siderails.
Finally picked up my Laramie this afternoon.
It is dark already so I will post some photos on the next day.
What really suprised me is that there are some features I didn't expected:
Rain sensitive wipers, automatic highbeam off, cornering lights and NAV (but I wasn't been able to make it work...
Can we assume that there are different reasons for something that feels to be similar?
For example etorque problems and unbalanced wheels might let people feel very similar kind of vibrations?
