I believe Ram has the lights low on purpose so when you hook up a trailer and the rear drops a couple of inches you don't start blinding people. I also have the factory LED headlights and feel they are pointed to low.

I was very concerned about this when I bought my 2020. I am a big guy and I get hot. I am very pleased with the AC and have to bump the temp up cause I am cold. This was in the mid 90's with super high humidity. I have no complaints and was pleasantly surprised.

I just added the factory running boards today and the instructions said to torque the nuts to 14 foot pounds. Hope this helps.
