Mine had a gap on one bolt where the pipe goes into the muffler. Broke the bolt off trying to tighten it. I ended up drilling it out on the threaded side and replaced it with a bolt and nut. Better than original.
If the dealership is telling you the battery is not covered under warranty, then IMO they are just outright lying. Mine went out at 2 years with no warning. Luckily I had a spare to power it until the dealer could get it in. It was replaced under warranty.
The battery went out recently on our 2019 at 2 years and 11k miles. No warning and everything dead just as you describe. Battery checked at 9V like yours too. I charged it overnight and it only got to 10V. Probably a dead cell. Luckily I had a spare battery to put in it until we could get it in...
The latest issue of Consumer Reports is already some negative 19 RAM items. How they can predict that who knows. I had a 2015 RAM for three years with zero problems and my 19 has had zero problems. So I have only a positive experience and recommend the RAM over other makes.
Recal paperwork came today too. I had already checked the terminal, which was already tight, with a torque wrench (the check torque was listed in another thread) and it took with no problem. I will eventually take it in when the weather is better to get it signed off.

I have a Bullet liner that was done last August and it has held up with no peeling or fading. They did a good job of masking and I did not have any of the issues shown in the pics.
In regard to the process steps they had a video on the Bullet website that ran through how they do it.
Laramie with a 3/18 build date and 1500 miles has run flawless. Only item was it acted like it jumped out of drive. But never happened again after restarting.
