That's right, my bad. Been a few months since I did that. I remember I was clicking any + and - I could find to get it to work.

You use the cruise control + and - to choose your maximum speed.

It doesn't accelerate to the chosen speed, only stops you from exceeding that speed down a hill. I used it down a steep, rocky, snow/ice covered road and found that I would rather have the control than let the truck do it.

I'm hoping they pull some tech from the Wagoneer over. With GM bringing some self driving features to 2022 (and Ford sort of doing that), they will have to match it quick.

I can't even remember what brand I used, it was a couple years ago. Whatever it was did work for PP but lasted about 30 seconds on the HDPE. For $4, you could try it on some scraps. I would really rough up the surface first.

I would insert the lower portion into the rail and then use a cheap harbor freight plastic welder to lay the top strip down on to there so it stays aligned. I tried some specific glue for HDPE and while it stuck, it didn't have much strength.

What glue will you use on the hdpe? I haven’t had luck using any glue on that, but I have welded quite a bit of it.

I haven't had time to go over everything, but the 33 gallon ecodiesel tank that I looked at did not have the 3rd strap. It must be different than the gas tank due to the DEF tank up front.
