Fix?
1. Sit in driver seat, doors closed, vehicle off.
2. Foot off the break, press start/stop button once to place vehicle in ACC mode.
3. Press the start/stop button twice to turn off vehicle.
4. Hold the Voice Recognition and Green Phone...
Thanks. Looks like I need to do some more testing. May be able to had the thumb drive and two phons connected if I pay attention to which combination of ports are used (and possibly in what order) based on what you describe.....but it's those nuances that have made my testing inconclusive so far.
Anyone know what the upper limit is in terms of tracks on a USB stick, or in terms of USB size in gigabytes?

That's painful. I has a smaller blemish on my 3500 when delivered and the dealer offered to send out a mobile paint repair person. Not ideal but netter than nothing.
Yours is more significant but I'm guessing a repaint of the door is the best they will offer and they might offer even less...
sorry to revive a dead thread, but i am wondering whether the additional plates ever materialized as an option via Mopar. looking at online parts sites, i'm guessing the answer is no (at least for a 2019 3500 4x4 cummins mega cab)?
