That looks awesome brother....I've been trying to find someone who's gone this route forever. That's what I'd like to do when I upgrade to the 5th Gen. The black 22's are a gorgeous wheel.
I saw a black out lifted 5th Gen Ram 1500 with the OEM 22's and 35's, I just can't remember where. I've been trying to find it again but can't.
It looked really good and definitely a great option versus aftermarket wheels.
Very nice rig man. For the money I would go with a PPF film over Ceramic coating....something like Xpel Ultra.
I've been experimenting over the years with both options and came to the conclusion that I prefer the protection offered by the PPF over a ceramic coating any day.
The car I learned to drive with was a 1975 Dodge Royal Monaco.
I ended up buying it from my dad and then spent a ton of money jacking it up with big fat back tires, aluminum slot rims, traction bars, chrome differential cover etc. I wasn't happy with it because it was all show no go. A friend...
Thanks for the info. I haven't gotten into a 5th Gen yet. Just doing my research ahead of time.
Right now I've got a 4th Gen Sport with a 4" Superlift kit and Cooper STT Pro 35x12.5x20's which are an E rated tire and work quite well for me.
I'll probably opt for another lift kit with the 5th...
Assuming that Retrax hasn't changed the basic design, I can comment on the Retrax One MX on my 4th Gen RAM (no Rambox).
This cover has been flawless for 4 years now. No complaints whatsoever.
