If you've had the rear window leak...

I am having the same problem. Makes no sense.

If you've had the rear window leak...

I agree. I still have not been able to speak with someone. The rep at ram only told me that the VG1 for the CHMSL is on my account so now I am doubting that its even been addressed.

If you've had the rear window leak...

I contacted @RamCares and explained the situation as well as typing it on the survey Ram sent me. I did get a call from Ram and @RamCares thinks I am not covered for this problem. I am still trying to get in touch with Nancy at Ram but her mailbox is full. I am at least hopeful at this point...

If you've had the rear window leak...

So the dealer feels it should be covered. My vin is not showing up in the VIP which is what dealers look at. The service advisor said open a case with customer service. They just closed the case with no explanation and hung up on me. I have called multiple times with no information and they...

If you've had the rear window leak...

So my 2019 ram is leaking with a crack in the backlite. I was told my vin was not included in the repair. I have a very early truck that was built in late 2018 for Delivery in February 2019. Has anyone else had this problem? I can't seem to get anywhere with customer service because they just...

    Freaking Leather Dash Problems

I had tried the same but the bubbles just kept spreading to different areas. I finally gave up.

    Freaking Leather Dash Problems

Yes they had to remove it. I think I paid about 1500.

    Freaking Leather Dash Problems

I did try this and it didn't work. I had the dash recovered in a vinyl that matched the leather. It did make it more difficult to remove the leather when it was recovered.

    2019 5.7 E-torque belt/tensioner.

I changed my tensioner while it was still under warranty because it was only 100 and the thought of having to leave it at the dealer and get a ride etc was not worth it. It is straight forward. There will be a pin in the new one. Remove old one after taking the belt off. Put new one in and put...

    Dash bubbles

    Grinding noise when turning

I'd fight that. That sounds ridiculous.

    Grinding noise when turning

Mine was the steering rack. It was replaced and the problem solved.

    Steering Wheel DIscoloration

Has anyone tried to see if they can sand and re-clear this part? Might be worth a try. The price is over 200 plus shipping now. Anyone have luck with getting covered with the mopar auto appearance warranty?

    Freaking Leather Dash Problems

about $2500. It was more than I wanted to spend but now I know it wont happen again. leather on a dash is a waste. it shrinks because its a natural product. The vinyl looks great and only the most critical person would even notice.

4% Under Invoice on a new Ram 1500 Order

Zach, Do you offer the same on 2500 trucks? Thanks

    Dash bubbles

I believe it is a question of climate and color of interior. My interior in my Ram and both Corvettes is black. Exterior of ram is also black. The extreme heat causes the glue to release and the leather to shrink. If you look at all forums of high end sports cars the use leather there is...

    Dash bubbles

I have had it in my ram and corvette twice. The only fix I have found that lasts is to have it replaced with vinyl. Leather will do the same thing over and over. Its awful to put leather on a dash. It happens to just about every vehicle with a leather dash.

Cost $1200. Looks OEM the SRS airbag lettering on the passenger side.

    Freaking Leather Dash Problems

Good luck. They told me to pound sand. Vinyl replacement is the way to go.

    Freaking Leather Dash Problems

Ram would not pay for mine since I have over 60k miles on a 2019. I had an upholstery shop replace the leather with vinyl. Looks just like leather and it wont happen again. In the long run having a new leather dash doesn't solve the problem. It will just happen again. My 0.02 anyway.
