I have the same issues after a radio swap. Did you get yours working? I've talked to the dealer, Uconnect, Uconnect Guardian and ATT and have had no luck.
I have a 2020 Limited. Same crap; live in MN and when it gets below freezing it takes a good 20mins before the touch-screen warms and functions. Anyone ever find a fix short of moving South!

Having the exact same problem, really can't tell if it's time or temperature related. Is it still wworth while clearing the "Personal Data". OBTW this is in a 2020 Limited.
