With the TRX and the new 2022 G/T package out, I was curious what it would take to add the console shifter to my 2019 RAM. I have compiled a list of parts minus the wiring and the 4x4 shifter. Just messing around and the price so far isn't as outrageous as I thought it would be. Might be doable...

So I tried to activate the xm guardian. They said that I needed a telematics module in my truck for this feature to work. Thought it was built into the radio module?

I dont not think the fogs can be used as a drl. My 2019 1500 will not activated the fog lights as drl unknown if the newer trucks can

Once the key is programmed it'll work. The fob has to be brand new. It will not work if the fob was paired to a vehicle before.

The level two has the memory module in the mirror. The truck doesn't have the memory functions but the mirrors do.

The rearview camera is built into the led chmsl. No way to add one to the halogen ones. If you are thinking of the cargo cam there is another thread for that.

It's not hard at all, have to pull some panels for the console but other than that super easy.

Over the weekend I colour matched my radio and centre console bezels.

Has anyone tried this on a 19 or 20 since the alphaobd update? All I'd have to purchase it the mirror if it works this time. (Have the wire and brake light installed from my first trials with this)

Has anyone found out is you can add the trailer steering to a 2019 or 2020? If so what settings would you change and what parts would you need to do this? TIA

That is not true as my truck has memory mirrors. Memory seats is an option as well.

Those are memory mirrors. That feature isn't possible on certain trims

You need at&t for the Hotspot, I think 20$ a month for unlimited data, travel link is through xm same as guardian
