Anyone have any tips on how to smack this sucker back on without having to disassemble everything? Maybe a bad clip blocking it from going all the way?

Truck has been at the dealer since yesterday, they only found the driver side manifold cracked, the one side i checked myself, they say the passenger side is fine. Should be getting truck back today. Hopefully won't occur again, but if it does, i'll keep sending to dealer until warranty expires...

I was able to schedule a service for next week on Monday, I will definitely ask them to check out the other side as well.
