Admitedly, the Aussie laramie only has the rambox, cover, gear ratio, paint colour as the only options. As such it comes standard with spray in bedliner, convenience pack, sunroof, V8 engine, satnav, 10 speaker sound, rear screen defroster, side steps, trail brake control, park sense, remote...- funkysmell

I know, the question is how long do I have to wait before the Aussie factory authorised (ASV) guys move over to gen 5. There might be other guys doing conversions late next year the earliest on the Gen5 2019. Still a while off I guess. Gonna play the waiting game for another 6 months and see.- funkysmell

HI, I'm in Australia and we just had released here the 2018 Ram 1500 with a right hand conversion by RAM authorised factory in Australia. Prices are $100,000 AUD or $75,000 USD for the Laramie V8. My question is should I wait for the 2019 Gen 5 model? Is there really that much difference...- funkysmell
