My 2019 Limited became a zombie overnight :-D

Sometimes the battery has just enough juice left to deploy a step. Hopefully you started with potting it on a charger to eliminate that concern!

    Dumb question- 4 Auto

Auto 4WD is always “safe” to use. 4Hi should be reserved for known slippery conditions.

    BFG KO2 vs Falken AT3W

I was just wondering if they’ll release an “AT4Wa” for the OEM Off-Road Group, like they did with the 3-series. I’m still running my AT3Wa tires at almost 50k, and they’re about 10lb lighter per tire than the regular AT3s.

Anyone getting a 2025 with the I6 Hurricane?

Sorry…you’ll need to “show your work” to receive credit for this answer. Otherwise, it’s an unsubstantiated claim that fails to demonstrate any engineering knowledge of the engine’s design. One could even label this as trolling…

    Moaning-Droning-whatever: very frustrated

If it was the ANC, you could verify by just cracking a window (which deactivates the system, I believe). I’m tempted to guess you have a bad wheel bearing or similar issue, but this would kind of noise would correlate to speed. I wonder if a bad ground somewhere is causing an electrical...

Anyone getting a 2025 with the I6 Hurricane?

…except production numbers. That’ll take a WHILE (if ever). I’m interested to see how they do!

    Vibration at specific speeds

You may need to spend the extra money on a road force balancing ($300 locally for me), presuming your tires have a good amount of life on them.

Anyone getting a 2025 with the I6 Hurricane?

May I suggest we return to the original topic? I can go to (many) other threads for info on Auto Start/Stop, eTorque, and MDS. Thanks!

    etorque removal - what’s involved?

    2025 Builder is UP!

The Ramcharger is the only powertrain that’s getting my attention at the moment. My ‘19 stills smells new…

    2025 Builder is UP!

I did the same with my (loaded) ‘19 Longhorn, but it was “only” $15-16K more for a ‘25. Of course, if I load up a Tungsten, I’d be more than $20K over the old sticker.

    Phoenix Automative Screen vs Infotaintment

Never heard of the factory 12” delaminating until now. Fingers crossed mine holds up (5.5 years so far)!

    Wireless CarPlay Dongle

Good luck on finding consensus. There are several that work pretty well, as outlined throughout this thread. Try one out!

Who is jumping on the 24s for the Hemi? Who is looking forward to the Hurricane? Will the Hemi return in next year or two?

Barring anything wildly unexpected, I’ll be holding onto my 2019 (HEMI) for years to come! (Admittedly, the Ramcharger is interesting…)

Any way to defeat 25 mph limit on Off-Road page?

I mean, you could raise it up and then pull the fuse…right? Not ideal ;)

eTorque question: Can you 'feel' your eTorque system regenerating the battery when you're coasting to a stop?

I know. I’m one of ‘em! I’ve heard and felt every time my truck has gone in and out of MDS in 5 years, too. Maybe comes with growing up on a farm and being around machines. Like I said, the regen is very slight.

eTorque question: Can you 'feel' your eTorque system regenerating the battery when you're coasting to a stop?

Very slightly. It might be more noticeable on certain trucks than others (lighter trucks with fewer options, 3.21 vs 3.92 downshifts, etc.).

is etorque a true hybrid or is the state just taking advantage

Pretty sure @GregHBNA meant that this law shouldn’t “apply” to an eTorque when he used the word “refer”.
