Interesting......I just got an exhaust leak sound on my 2019 Laramie last week. I'm going to check mine right now to see if this flange/hardware is the culprit. Sad to think this happens on newer trucks (mine only has 42k miles).
So, I've been busy and dealing with a bunch of other crap lately and other expenses so I never ordered this. Today a warning came on my dash that my right rear light needs to be replaced. My signal started blinking fast too. So, now I look online and prices are over $600 when before they were <...
Crap! Just to be safe, I thought I'd confirm with my local dealer about cost and part number needed. Glad I did! I did not have the correct part number. After entering the last 8 of my VIN he gave me p/n 68262530ah. Glad I didn't just order the other one I thought was correct. Pissed this one...
Kinda what I figured. I'll need to order one tonight and do that. Gotta find a good site to order from. Any suggestions?I'm seeing them for about $420 right now.

I did a little bit of searching and I think I found...

I tried this but once it starts to get loose and a little oil spills out, I lost all grip and just gave up. It got everywhere! I was one mad mother trucker! Any tips on this method would be appreciated.

Also, stupid question but I'm not sure so I should ask. Do I need to disconnect the battery before doing any wiring?

I have done many searches looking for how to do this but I can't find anything that shows how to tap into the tail light wiring. Does anyone have any pictures or videos showing how to do this? If not the tail light, how about the trailer wiring underneath? I know it's probably been beaten to...
There is a rubber spacer underneath there that makes the seal part stick up. I intend to eventually trim that seal so it fits around it and sits flat. Haven't confirmed if it is "weather tight" yet.

Just wanted to share a picture showing my new tonneau cover. I love that it is super low profile and not the pleather material.
