Still not fixed and the dealer ship said the contacted corporate in order to proceed but never heard back.....

I'm having the same issue on my 2019 Ram 1500. The dealership said there were no updates to fix the issue. Nothing but problems with my truck so far....

It's been about three months since the service department fixed my vehicle and I've driven about 5000 miles without anymore issues..

Got my truck back today.. the service department changed out the charging system so I hope there wont be anymore problems.

Same issue was report on page 7 of the how your ram running thread by another person. Only 750 miles on their truck

Not a good prognosis from the dealership. My truck needs a new etorque system and it's so new they cannot order one so they are waiting to here from Chrysler corporation on what to do... the dealership has no idea how long it will take to get parts.
