Hello, They did look at it, but they were not able to replicate the noise while at the shop. I was not either. It was fine for a couple of days and now it is back. I am going to take it back again within the next week. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I have a appointment set for Tuesday to have my local dealer look into it. I followed the testing procedures in the TSB and I was able to replicate the noise consistently. Hopefully they can get it sorted out. Thanks again for the reply.

Took the family for a ride yesterday and the anc was loud and present. You could definitely hear the drone noise it when the rpms were low. Open a window and it stopped immediately. I started researching the issue and came across the TSB-08-033-19, but my truck does not fall into the date...
