Anyone find a fix for this? 2019 Ram 1500 with 17k miles. Stank smell every time I start the truck but it goes away after a few minutes. I’m in hot Arizona and AC is on full blast when I start it up.
I see talk of cabin filter change and unclogging AC drain but no one is saying that fixed the...
I never said my filter is perfectly clean after xxxxx miles. In fact, it’s starting to show signs of use. Not to the point that it needs cleaning, but it doesn’t look brand new anymore. Of course it’s taking in more air than a stock air box, not sure why you disagree with that. I also never said...
“The Vararam intake does bring in more air than every other intake”
I guess Matt of Moes Performance’s who I quoted here from his installation video is a liar then? That’s quite a claim you’re making. I also did some research and I hope I’m wrong here, but you don’t own the Vararam or the mopar...
You must have missed where Mopar has stated their new intake gives 0 power increase. They’ve literally said this LOL! But yeah, it’s probably better since it’s really expensive cause it says MOPAR on it and cause warranty *eye roll*
It’s been maybe 2000 miles since I swapped in an unlocked PCM, installed a Fastman throttle body, Vararam airgrabber, Borla S Type catback exhaust and downloaded a custom tune from Hemi fever. A shop did the exhaust and I did the rest. Pretty simple stuff.
A couple weeks ago when I remote...
Same brother. My engine bay is sooo dusty/dirty. Looks like I poured water all over under there then dumped a bucket of dirt on top. I suppose I should find a way to clean everything... buuuuuut my Vararam Air Grabber looks untouched I kid you not! I recommend it. It seals around the massive...
Why would they make a Rebel specific front bumper that requires you to give up the sweet cornering fog light feature? Or whatever it’s called. They even cut holes on the sides for some weird grill thingies instead of functioning fog light holes. *shrug*
Baja Designs is releasing a hidden light bar kit and fog light kit in the next month or two. I confirmed in an email to them. A member on here let them use his truck for measurements.
Please tell me it’s for a 30 inch curved or something awesome like that. If I’m stuck with 20s I’m just gonna ditch light it and call the lighting good.
Nope I didn’t try that. I contacted crutchfield who 2 day air shipped me “bass blockers” thinking it will fix the problem. I’ll get them Monday and have my fingers crossed. 60 day return window for the speakers if it doesn’t solve the problem.
I installed the second set of these Infinity’s in...
I just did some trouble shooting finally. The wife mostly drives the truck and she says the music cutting out is driving her nuts.
I removed both dash speakers and installed just the driver’s side. It still seems to do it at volume 26ish. Every 5 seconds or so it cuts out for a split second...
I went with the infinity’s from crutchfield and wow they sound great in my dash! I have the base speaker system in my rebel. Unfortunately though, at high volume like 26ish, I’m getting periodic cutting out of the music for a split second. Turning it down to 22-24 and it plays fine. Googled and...
