Do I have a vacuum leak?

It’s been maybe 2000 miles since I swapped in an unlocked PCM, installed a Fastman throttle body, Vararam airgrabber, Borla S Type catback exhaust and downloaded a custom tune from Hemi fever. A shop did the exhaust and I did the rest. Pretty simple stuff.
A couple weeks ago when I remote started the truck the idle seemed to drop low like it may die, then it corrected itself. Hmm okay. Didn’t happen again.
Yesterday I was towing a wave runner to the river to play and while coasting down a hill for about 30 seconds, the truck went into limp mode.
I pulled over and found these codes which I cleared and no problems since.
I did some searching online here and maybe I have a vacuum leak somewhere. I’m not a mechanic but maybe I can do some checking of my own before taking it in. Any popular vacuum leak spots with these trucks? Any chance it’s not a vacuum leak?

2019 Ram Rebel 5.7 with ~14k miles on it.
Thanks!

Check all your hoses, make sure they are all connected tight. Sorry I am not more help. Hope it is something simple like a hose.
