Interesting…you read where people have used the factory subwoofer inputs and have had no ANC issues and others say they have.

Is anyone seeing any real benefit with swapping out the dash and door speakers? Seems to be some conflicting information with losing volume and no real gain in SQ. I have a 24 and it sounds pretty damn good, just needs more low end. I use lossless and Hi Res music only. I would think higher...

Mine is doing this now at 1800 miles. What is the real fix? I left my truck on, without running. Clear view of the sky. Truck actually shuts off if you leave it on.

That is why I went with the Hertz 3.5’s. Way more efficient then any 3.5 on the market.

The 3.5’s are 4 ohm on the HK.

My only complaint is that we can’t change the duration.

Aren’t the microphone ANC wires all orange with different color stripes?

The system before the update was very well balanced, just needed a tad more volume, not distorted bass. Most people like distortion and simply don’t realize what a truly balanced system sounds like.

I should have went with gut knowing the Hertz would do better based on sensitivity regardless of the 2.3 ohm JBLs. They just can’t keep up in comparison. They also fit better with a shallower depth and magnet.

The AudioTools is one of the best, been around a long time. That is what I use. You can stream it across Bluetooth and use the app at the same to check polarity. Worked great for me!

On the HK system, left and right out of phase and the center was in phase. Needed to reverse harness for left and right only.

They fit alright. I think the passenger side was a little tight due to the duct, but it fit. I have the HK system. If I did again, I would have gone with the Hertz 3.5’s due to there much higher sensitivity. The factory HKs are 4 ohm and not 2 ohm as someone posted before.

I measured the HK dash 3.5’s today they measured between 3.7 and 4ohm. Not 2 ohm. I also did confirm the two outside 3.5’s are wired out of phase. The center was in phase. I noticed after wiring the JBLs in phase for the dash the vocals become closer to center as they should be.
