Detailing , upkeep...tried a new product and was very pleased.

have any of you tried Optimum's No Rinse? Often referred to as ONR. It's the only waterless wash I would ever use. FWIW it was invented for coated vehicles.

I've used several. I work for a shop part time that uses Feynlabs HEAL Lite... but for more budget friendly I think you should go w/ Gtechnique Crystal Syrum Light

with as much time and effort as you're putting into your truck, you obviously care about the appearance. I think you should consider a ceramic coating.. My wash process, without a deep clean of wheels and tires, is 12 minutes. yes, 12 minutes.

    Just Drove 3.6L Big Horn

well.. when you consider all of the other platforms...It is under powered! ha and 21 mpg is good in comparison to the F150's 3.5 & 5.0, RAM 5.7, and anything Toyota produces. The 5.3 Ecotech COULD get 21 mpg, but the second you introduce any city driving you're right back to mid teens ( my...

    Just Drove 3.6L Big Horn

When I bought this truck, I was scared to death of getting 14 mpg w/ the HEMI. I'm driving ~25,000 miles per year. I thought if I could get a v-6 and get 20mpg or ~ 6mpg better, It would be well worth it for 25,000 / year over the next 3 years. I just dont understand how you can be upset with...

Best cleaning products for fabric interior?

My favorite is Ammo's "Shag" fabric and carpet cleaner... if you're looking for a quick fix you can get some carpet cleaner from the grocery store.. squirt some into the brush end, and scrub softly. micro fiber towel to wipe it up.

    Touchless car wash?

If you dont have the time, but you DO have the money, pay to have it ceramic coated. You could get it cleaner than 99% of cars with just a bottle of dilute ONR and some nice mf towels, once coated.

Can I confirm, do I really need running boards/steps in order to prevent rear fender rock chips?
