awaiting arrival next week but in meantime I got this email from RAM. Is it true that every 10k miles they want you to replace the belt? If that is the case every dealer should have boxes of these things laying around.

Second order from 12/2 built 12/24 Group 218 First order train scheduled to land 12/24. Will see how long to transport to dealer.

Just checked again. Shipped! 12/14 Crazy that they were ordered 3.5 months apart and I was growing concerned enough to place a redundant order. Now they may be delivered within 10 days of each other. The factory is cookin’ right now.

Second order started production 12/14 ETA 1/16 Wow. Lotsa news for me the past 24 hrs

Should I be worried at all about how long it took to get out of inspection status ? Like, if the second order flies through like Kiwiaudios, would there be an advantage to waiting to take that one?

Of note. My first order is 163 group Second order is 218 group First order had no rebates. Second order had 4500 CB and 1000 credit coupon so even if I lose out on 1k down payment I’m still ahead. Big test will be what are the rebates in January if that’s when the first order is delivered.

Quick update My original order is still stuck in inspection I ordered a second identical truck 12/2 which was scheduled 12/3 Will be interesting to see how things progress on both fronts I will lose one of my 1k deposits but the rebate now takes that edge off as there was no rebate when I...

I guess if I’m delivered in March at this point it will be good to have avoided an extra salty NE winter.
