I have a spray in bed liner already, I'm not familiar with how easy it is to cut through that stuff? Will a hole saw cut through the bed liner and metal?
I was thinking of putting some U bolts around the tow hooks and just tightening it to the two tie downs in the bed.. but I definitely like...
I am doing a DIY overland slide out. I don't want to go with a bedslide/decked system because that takes up the entire bed. I also want to be able to have room for a small sink, and a kitchen/cooking area. Ideally I want something that just takes up half, or less than half of one side of the bed...
Mine were doing it with that plugged in or unplugged, I opted to switch them out because as @KAP705 mentions, the light spread was pretty bad.
I returned mine and bought these off Amazon. I would have gone OEM but I didn't like how dim the LED eyebrow was. These work great, plug right in and...
Oh I know. The bulk of it was there though. There was a video posted on how it's done. It's a lot more to it then just swapping parts, I would actually say it's more of a custom fabrication job after seeing the video. I just wasn't sure if anyone has ever had their roof liner out, or the skin...
I tried to find one but when I was looking, there were no flame red trucks with a panoramic within 250 or 500 miles so I settled getting one without it. I'm fine without it, I was just kind of seeing if anyone else had tried before aside from the old post from 2022.
I think the link posted...
Very true, but like the general consensus on the post from 2022, just trade the truck in and get one with it 🤣. I'm not willing to do that for a sunroof the will be open maybe 30% of the time. Haha
I wanted a panoramic, but there were none around the time I bought mine and this truck had every other option I wanted. 33 gallon tank, off road package, 3.92 gears, big nav screen, it's only missing the panoramic and I thought this might be the perfect time to add it but just wanted to see if...
I would only do OEM, since the fitment should be very close/perfect. I would also offer to pay the difference in roofs and any extra labor/charges that come from it. Was just trying to see if I was thinking crazy or if I am onto something.. haha.
I've searched the forums and found the post from 2022 about adding an aftermarket sunroof/panoramic roof. Lots of suggestions not to add it because they have to chop up your roof.
My truck was hailed on, just got the estimate done today and it appears to be getting a new roof. On the estimate...
I didn't really reprogram anything yet, but have also ruled out the tint. I only checked the tunnel detection option on alfa. It was already set to no so I didn't have to save or change anything.
Do you mean if I put the high beams on and the DRLs are still on simultaneously?
I know the high beams work, I've had those on before. Sorry if I'm misunderstanding anything there.
