I was able to get everything working. My issue was that the console I purchased was out a 22, and my truck is a 20. In the harness I have the rear usb gets acc/ignition power on wire 17 that on previous models was for the cd player.. Once I tapped that to pull from 4, I was ok..
E12 seems...
I have received a new rear usb hub.. still no luck getting it to work. apparently the wiring to power the hub and the wiring to power the console lid are not the same. Does anyone have any suggestions to get this hub powered?
The plugs in question from the above post
I have tested the two 4 pin plugs in the rear of the console. usb hub does not work with either of them, console lid usb works with both. power in the wiring does not appear to be an issue. my current assumption is the USB hub from the swap in console...
I'm working on this project and I have questions. I picked up a console off ebay, wiring harness was already inside. removed the jump seat, moved the connector down and over, I was able to get the front USBs connected and working. the one inside the console lid works too. The 2 in the rear...
My truck was OEM Halogen, I used the harness marked as such, It caused issues with the high beams grounding out, I removed that harness and went from truck harness straight to the LED unit and all lights began working as desired.
Had a decent day today to dig into this, Do not use the adaptor harness as provided and directed in the install guide, It is wrong, I removed it and plugged the truck harness into the headlight unit, and all lights are now working as expected.
I just put a set of these in my truck days ago. they look great so far. low beams put out a ton of light. But nothing is ever simple.. I am trying to troubleshoot why my high beams flicker immediately and go out and throw a short to ground. both sides do this.
I ordered one of those thinking the same thing. There appear to be different windshields and that part is for the higher trim version that has a section for mounting. That part has no way to mount to my glass
I'm working on what I thought was going to be an easy upgrade, however I appear to be missing something connected to the mounting. Attached is my windshield with the old mirrior removed, and the connector for the new mirror, i need some sort of adaptor to convert the d type into the twist on...
I have a 2020 Bighorn (Interior feels more like a Tradesman) with a old style flip rear view mirror. I want to install part 68312206AA and get auto hi-beam, auto dim, I know I'm going to need a harness, does anyone have the PN for the harness?, and any configs I will need to swap.. Is there...
