I know used vehicles/trucks were selling very quick for premium price not long ago. Not trying to list the Ram but you may not be able to answer the question without knowing the year model, 2019. Is the market still pretty good?
Unable to find any Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5W20 so I bought 5W30. I saw where one guy said his engine was running rough and a bit hotter with it. Anyone else running 5W30?
I have about 56,000 on my truck. Some of these miles are with towing and some at higher speed, 75+. I know the stock pan has a filter built in but is there a pan made that has a seperate filter, so it can be changed without a new pan? If you know which pan it is, please provide part number...
Overall, I love my 2019 Ram Laramie. But the GPS sucks. I have the 8 inch version. I have an offer to update Uconnect for $50 off. I have selected go to addresses and ended up down a tiny dirt road with a gate blocking the road. I get some crazy route choices too often when I'm using the...
2019 Laramie, almost 50k miles, towed 5,000 lb trailer about 3,000 miles. I replaced tires at about 40k miles. Changed oil differential fluid, normal maintenance. Zero problems except shaky driver side mirror.
This is what I used as well. It works pretty good but I'd need to add another to the front part of the bed if I frequently needed light in the back and front of the bed.
Thanks Manny. I'm getting older but I do have some mechanical ability. I've rebuilt a few engines although it's been a long time ago, brake jobs, etc. I will give these air bags a try.
Have you installed the Air Lift 1000HD air bags yet? Curious how the install was and how you like the results. I have almost the same size travel trailer and my truck squats more than it should. Thanks.
Thanks for bringing up towing, Jack. I will be towing a travel trailer about 3,000 miles next week. I may compare Regular to Plus and see if there is a difference in performance or MPG.
I went from 89 to 87 after gas prices increased. No change in performance or MPG. Before some clown starts yaking about, it's a truck and you shouldn't have purchased it for the gas mileage, I'm retired and on fixed income. Every damn thing is going up so I have to adjust expenses some way.
Has anyone used Valvoline or Mobil 1 synthetic gear lube in their differential? I have a 2019 2wd. I do tow with it some. Mopar lube is a fair amount more expensive so curious if others have tried these brands or other brands.
I'm not sure how the TSB works. If the folding the mirror in and out several times doesn't work, will the dealer replace the mirror? My 2019 Laramie is out of warranty, about 42,000 miles.
