The difference in stock vs a +1mm aftermarket is 18mm, so they will stick out .7" farther vs. the stock 22" wheels. Going to the -22mm offset, the difference is 41mm or 1.6" further out. Here's my truck with "0" offset 18x9:

No I have one installed now with factory shocks. After putting in the spacers I wish I would have gone with the 1.5" springs. I get some noise out of the aluminum spacers.
Titan dropped the 5.0 diesel and are exclusively putting their solid 5.6 endurance V8 in all Titans for 2020. That 5.0 cummins was not what everyone hoped it would be. I can't beleive cummins built a V8 in the first place. If they would put some time into a 5.0 straight 6, I might be interested...
No issues running the 295/70/18 on an 8" rim. Most 295's are rated at 7.5-10" rims. Many owners run 12.50 width tires on factory 8" wheels on all models of trucks without problem. You will be fine. Post a pic when you're done.
