Came in Yesterday and I drove it home to safety..... All checks done and all of the items worked so I was happy.

Well I just got a call that my truck has arrived and is ready to pick up at the dealership. I will post some photos when I have them.

I would assume this could also be a dealer install to insure it is warranted.

B I have been KZM since 18 January. I got an new update from my dealer that it shipped on 2/16/23 and is now showing on the Pizza tracker that it will arrive 3/9/23. Do units sit in rail sidings or in marshalling yards for dealers to get full loads to pick up? Seems odd.

I went to the EXtang site and they show you have to remove the rails and put a seal behind them, then remove the inner tie downs and reattach the rails on a RAMBOX model. Looks fairly easy and was from that point on the same as without the RAMBOX. I really liked their model and it looks seamless.

Mine was made and said shipped 21 Jan. I find out today it is still sitting in the rail pick up yard and will not arrive to my dealer until 3/17.... Maybe.... The tracker is quite useless as mine says TBD

I agree, even the sales manager says he had to go to someone special within the company to see and now claims they have no idea.... If it keeps up I may just consider canceling the order and asking for my DP back and go to another dealer to order again.

How is it possible that the Dealer has no idea when my truck will arrive and claims to have no idea how to actually get that?

I see on the new builds that you can get a Trailer Surround View camera. How does that differ from the Surround view camera in the Limited Level 1 group? Both are there but the one is a $1095 option?

My order shipped on 1/21/23 and the dealer tells me they have no idea when it will arrive nor an ETA. I am on my second sales person and think they are ill trained and/or lazy or both.
