I have had mine do that a few times recently. It seemed to start happening after I had taken my tonneau cover off any put it back on. I could hear the mechanism in the tailgate when I pressed the button, but it would not open.
I think I had the cover back a little further than before and the...
I believe I read somewhere that they come on at 42 degrees or below with the remote start if enabled in the menu, but not if the outside temp is 43 or above. That seems to hold true with my truck.
I have not seen anything in the settings to alter the triggering temp.
The reverse lights in my Laramie would be the one complaint I have with the truck. I had to put reflectors at the end of my driveway so I could tell where I was at when backing out in the morning before the sun comes up.
I had the AT/2s on my last Ram and really liked them. They wore nice and were quiet. Handled nice on and off road. I think General replaced the AT/2s with the ATX and I will most likely put them on this truck when it’s time to replace the stock tires.
I have been around 19.5 mpg with my 3.92 gears with about 3200 miles on the truck. It’s about where my ‘15 with 3.21 gears was before I put 275/65-20 e rated tires. Then it was around 17.5. Not much highway driving. Mainly 2 lane 55-60 mph.
I had General Grabber AT2s on my 2015 express and they were fairly quiet for the 40k miles i had them before trading it in. They were a great all around tire. I think General tire replaced the AT3 with the ATX. That is probably what I will go with when I need tires for the '19.
I'm glad to see they resolved it for you!
I have never had good luck with Goodyear tires. My 2015 express had Goodyear SRA i believe. Had a flat that could not be repaired around 20k. Replaced them with general grabber AT 2s with no issue for the next 40k until I traded it. My sisters all had...
Hello all!
Just traded in my white 2015 Express Quad Cab for a black 2019 Laramie Crew Cab. Love the new truck much more than the old one so far.
Found the forum this morning and it looks like a lot of good information.
Just want to say hi!
Thank you,
Eddie
