Mopar factory ones are the only ones that work right now I believe. I had to order mopar ones when I did my wheel and tire swap. The aftermarket ones would not communicate with the truck.
https://www.roughcountry.com/catalogsearch/result/?cat=0&q=90019 rough country has a calibrator available now for when we add bigger tires. Thoughts on their calibrater?
I had one of these run, brake, turn signal, back up led light strips on my last truck. It fit between the bumper and tailgate. Has anyone installed one on the 2019? The area where it should stick is not level and there is tailgate wiring in the area as well. If you used spacers to level it...
I had a shop do the install but it was quick and easy. No drone at all. I can't hardly hear it unless I really get on it. I wouldn't mind if the exhaust was a little louder.
Looks great! Better than the route I went of having the Mopar ones installed after I got the truck. Slightly pricey, especially when the dealer has to hook up the truck to the computer to make the lights function properly.
As I said...not cleaned up, but here you go! N-fab Steps, Undercover Ultra Flex tonneau, Spray in bed liner and bed lights, Wheels, Tires, and Lift were all done in the same trip.
I will try to post up more pics later tonight. Truck will still be dirty but it will work. As far as the TPMS sensors... I got my package through Mr. Wheel Deal which is a sister company to Custom Offsets I believe... And my sensors don't work either. I made sure to specifically ask about this...
I plan to have mine done at the same time I do my lift and wheels and tires. Since the truck will already be up on the lift I figured it would save some install time.
I was having the same issue deciding on size and spacing for new tires and wheels when I do my lift. It will be a week and a half before I get everything installed but it is all ordered. I am getting the readylift 3.5" lift with 20x9 +0 Mayhem wheel with 275/65r20 Nitto Terra Graplers. I would...
Did both of you get your sensor issues worked out? I only ask cause I am getting ready to order wheels and tires. I was going to go with ExtremeCustoms.com but they told me they didn't have any sensors that would work with the 19 Ram. So I am speaking with Custom Offsets and they claim they have...
I ordered my 5x8 14" today. I get it installed Friday. I wonder if it would be worth removing the resonator upstream of the muffler when I swap out the muffler? Anyone removed this resonator during a swap yet? What do you think? How does it change the sound?
Thanks, that's great news. After I found out I would have to trim with the 35's I wanted the next tallest tire that would fit. Good to hear the 275/65 will clear. I was hoping I wouldn't have any bad surprises with them. Thanks again!
The +0 on the 20x9 rim is what may get me. I am trying to figure out the max size tire for that offset. I am looking into 275/65-20 (34.1) & 295/60-20 (33.9). I was hoping one of these would have enough clearance to not have to do any plastic trimming.
Thanks for the real world info. I would hate to get the set up and then have unexpected rubbing. I was leaning toward the slightly smaller tire as well. I wonder how much smaller it needs to be to avoid rubbing? Would a 34" be enough or would it need to be in the 33" range? Thanks.
