Hey all, been banging around the forum in the background, building out my ‘22 Rebel. He’s basically finished at this point, and we are on a cross country journey as I type.
Here are a few shots of the rig on our journey.
Still following your build closely. It definitely inspired the direction I decided to go. I’m building around my Khaya camper though. I’m picking it up in January and am super excited!

I’ve seen some of the steering wheel desks, but there’s not enough room between me and the steering wheel for a decent work surface. I think I need something in the passenger side.

I work from home, and let’s put home in quotes, because I’m often wandering around in my truck instead.
I would like to be able to work effectively from the front seat of my truck. Either the drivers or the passenger seat. Has anybody put together a front seat desk anyone have any ideas?

I found this kit and it says it fits the Rebel, but oddly none of the other colors of the same kit do, so I’m not ready to take it on faith.
Does anyone know for sure? Anyone done any interior lighting upgrades in their Rebel?

Moderation wins out! Here is my first set of mods. Anyone with experiences, good or bad, I'd love to hear them.

I love your ideas. I am totally new to four wheeling and just got a Rebel myself. I think my build goal is somewhat similar. I’m not thinking go fast just yet, but a desert outback camping rig for sure.
Enjoy taking possession!

I’ve been surfing forums, I’m getting a feel for what it is I actually wanna do. I’m definitely looking at an overland build. And there’s a Jeep customizer just down the road from my house who is interested in helping me out. I’m super excited.
My first move is probably going to be a mid height...
Just got my 2022 Ram 1500 Rebel at a GMC dealership. It was in their used lot and had 6000 miles on it. MSRP $68,500. Out the door at $61,500. Boyertown, PA. An hour NW from Philly.
Back for more. My rebel only has the rear camera. I want to install a dash cam, a rear facing cam and a drivers window cam. I want them to auto upload, I want them to be motion triggered when the truck is off and always on when the truck is on.
Does such a thing exist? Bonus points for low...
I am an avid canyoneer and I have been all over Southeast Utah, but it’s always been a rental car. Once, it was a minivan. We drove that minivan over 10 miles of sketchy terrain to get to a trail head. That was fun.
Next time, in this truck, it’s going to be 10 times as much fun! And I like...
This is incredible! Thanks for sharing it. Your goal is very similar to mine. My favorite place is the Escalante region of UT. I would love to get this vehicle out there some day.
Thanks everyone! I just made my first major drive today. Took it 8 hours south just me and my dog. Got my beach permit for Hattaras National Sea Shore. I’m gonna get her dirty this weekend!
