i'm still not sure exactly what its for but when i first bought my truck there was a small plastic cap/cover of some kind bouncing around in a rear side door pocket. good luck!

Ah what a steal for the Atak! I was able to get mine new ~$1100 and put it on yesterday. Sounds so great. 😎

I ended up cutting mine out - made the removal incredibly easy. Didn't have to jack up the truck or spend anytime removing any other components. Removed the exhaust, installed the new one, and returned the rental reciprocating saw within the 4hrs no problem and now the stock exhaust fits in...
