Question about the 2023 Digital Gauge Cluster and Exchanging it from an Analog Cluster from 2022

Hi Jimmy. So I postponed the fitting of the new cluster because they will first have to source a new 2023 BCM and radio module as well as getting the new European maps installed which covers the UK roads. Thanks for your kind offer about making the harness. Would you be able to send me a DM...

Question about the 2023 Digital Gauge Cluster and Exchanging it from an Analog Cluster from 2022

No. I bought my 2022 in Nov. Before I picked it up I'd asked to swap to the mph one for 2022. however, when they fitted it, they realized it was the wrong one and didnt have the heads up display. Since it was a Limited I wasnt going to go with this (at and additional £1500) so they just put back...

Question about the 2023 Digital Gauge Cluster and Exchanging it from an Analog Cluster from 2022

Well the dealer has already got the 2023 gauge cluster. They have wiTech and full dealer level access so the BCM and radio modules can be re-configured (I think). So I'm not sure what the harness is? They already swapped it for an older mph one but then we found it didn't have heads up display...

Question about the 2023 Digital Gauge Cluster and Exchanging it from an Analog Cluster from 2022

Don't worry, everthing is in miles, the odometer / digital speedo, and it's also even in mpg (UK Gallons), it's literally just the scale on the right hand analog speedo.... (OCD) No I cannot really get my head around km 😂

Question about the 2023 Digital Gauge Cluster and Exchanging it from an Analog Cluster from 2022

thanks. Jeezuz, not that straight forward then. The whole point of having it is to have the nav showing there and the tiles. I'll go back to the dealer and see what they say. It's a 350mile drive from where I live too.

Question about the 2023 Digital Gauge Cluster and Exchanging it from an Analog Cluster from 2022

I originally had this idea and they fitted it for me before I bought the vehicle new, and then they realized it was the model that didn't have the heads up display which is typical....I dont think anyone has done it here, these things are fairly rare here espeically as they are lhd in a rhd...

Question about the 2023 Digital Gauge Cluster and Exchanging it from an Analog Cluster from 2022

Ok thanks. The question is, how do you activate the voice command on the 2023s since this button is no longer for that?

Question about the 2023 Digital Gauge Cluster and Exchanging it from an Analog Cluster from 2022

First off, I am from the UK and I have a MY 2022 Ram 1500 Limited. Because these vehicles are not directly imported into the UK, they first get imported to Belgium I think and these use km not miles. One of my pet hates was that the analog speedo has the larger km number on the gauge and so I...

    AGM or Lead Acid Battery

Thanks guys, I think it's the way forward. I'm 99% sure my stock battery is not AGM

    AGM or Lead Acid Battery

Thanks. The one I'm looking at is the Noco Genius 10. NOCO - 10-Amp Smart Battery Charger - GENIUS10 Looks ideal because it can do normal LA, AGM, Lithium Ion, it has auto maintenance mode, desulfate and repair mode. It should fit under the hood so would only need to be cabled into the garage...

    AGM or Lead Acid Battery

Suitable Tailgate Pad to Secure Mountain Bikes for RAM1500 with RAM BOXES

Thanks. I ended up going for the half stack Raceface cover. Downside is it will only take 2 bikes and it covers the backing up camera but it just fits. It's kinda on the limits due to the extremely deep tailgate top and curve shape. Here are some pics.

    AGM or Lead Acid Battery

Hi guys. I work away at sea for extended periods of time, around 4months. I am debating whether or not to either disconnect the battery from my RAM 1500 or look at some kind of smart intligent charger like the NOCO Genius10. Anyone got expeirience using one of these? Is it safe? The idea is it...

Suitable Tailgate Pad to Secure Mountain Bikes for RAM1500 with RAM BOXES

Thanks. Well the Race Face arrived yesterday but I sent it back without trying in order for me to get RMA. The problem I saw with mine was the rails of the electric powertrax tonnue cover sit flush with the tailgate and protrude a good ¾" past the tailgate. Literally no space, so I don't even...

Suitable Tailgate Pad to Secure Mountain Bikes for RAM1500 with RAM BOXES

I've ordered mine. I'll let you know how it goes and will be interested to see if it will work with the Ram boxes.

Suitable Tailgate Pad to Secure Mountain Bikes for RAM1500 with RAM BOXES

Thanks. However, the problem I have is I have the power retrax tonnue cover which means I loose a good 8inches of overall bed length. So even with the front wheel off, I don't believe there's enough overall length for one of these bike racks. Yeah one bike is a 2014 S Works Camber (now...
